All dancers accepted into Collaboration Dance Company participate in consistent training and are part of a unified company structure.

Dancers engage in scheduled classes, rehearsals, and/or virtual training to ensure continued development, team connection, and alignment with company standards.

Whether participating in group pieces or as a soloist, every dancer represents Collaboration Dance Company through ongoing training and artistic collaboration.
